Halfling Encampment

The Halfling encampment was a fortified palisade established on Hag Island by the Fishwives following their conquest of the island. With the aid of the Marquis de Rothshyr, the Fishwives escorted Halfling settlers to the island in hopes of ameliorating the Halfling refugee crisis.
