Shamhat
Shamhat, a jeweler and resident of the Wandering Emporium, met the Fishwives during their excursion in Avernus. She hit it off with Cheeky, to whom she sold an elegant necklace and to whom she gave a mysterious ring.
Shamhat was a guest at Madi's Dinner in Hell.
