Hell Plate

The Hell Plate was a set of six masterwork suits of black steel plate mail which The Fishwives found among the hoard of Seven-Deaths in the basement of his keep in Avernus. The mail, designed for some variety of imp or demon, was too small for any of the party to wear - consequently, upon their return from Hell, the adventurers organized the First Sharkless Bay Games to distribute the armor to the most deserving of Hag Island's diminutive halflings and goblins.
