Valanthe II Naïlo

Empress Valanthe II Naïlo, the Jewel of the West, was a ruler of the Empire of Doloriane. The chronologically earliest poems in The Tales of Ka-Ess refer to events believed to have taken place in the early third century Valanthe of her reign.
