Tecuziztecatl

Tecuziztecatl, Lord of the Snails was a gastropod deity and pretty chill dude. He inhabited a chamber on the lower level of the Ancient Tomb.

First encounter with the Fishwives

The friends found Tecuziztecatl after following his glowing, silvery snail trails into a partially flooded room in the Ancient Tomb complex. Ka-Ess like, totally vibed with him and they sang together.

After the Fishwives left, he regretted not warning them about Xipacna.

Second encounter with the Fishwives

When the adventurers returned for their second visit to the Ancient Tomb, they found Tecuziztecatl glowing a greenish hue instead of his normal silvery aura. He was also extremely confused and bordering on insanity. Ka-Ess entered his mind and successfully calmed him, causing his glow to return to normal. Now convinced that he must aid the party in their battle against The Outsider, he secreted silvery goo into three vials with instructions to use the potions to protect against insanity.
