River god
The River god was a gigantic turtle who ruled and protected the Amac River. The Fishwives encountered the river god while sailing up the Amac during the cutting out expedition. Ilabrar, speaking to the god in Aquan, convinced the god to allow the adventurers passage in exchange for a barrel of salt cod.
