Halflings

Halflings are small, sapient, bipedal mammals resembling miniature humans. They typically speak Common as their primary language. In the Skaugan Main, most Halflings lived on Orlan prior to the August Hierarchy's invasion and the subsequent Halfling refugee crisis.
