Temple of Xipacna

The Temple of Xipacna, formerly known as the ruined temple, was part of the Ancient Tomb complex on Hag Island. When the Fishwives escaped from the tomb, they emerged into the crumbling temple before making their way back to their ship.

When they returned approximately one week later, they found the temple unruined and restored to a gleaming structure of granite and obsidian surrounded by a manicured lawn. Ka-Ess charmed a local goblin into entering the temple first. The goblin did so, but seconds later ran screaming into the forest.

Inside the temple, the Fishwives encountered Xipacna, the Lord of Blood, and another vampire.

The Defeat of Xipacna

The vampires were defeated with Ardrick's Spirit Guardians and bone-handled warhammer; Cheeky's Counterspells and twinned Shock Bolts; Ilabrar's lycanthropy and Moonbean; and Ka-Ess' inspiration and Moonblade. Sathul tried very hard.
