Marquis de Rothshyr

Marquis de Rothshyr (roth-SHEER), MP, was a wealthy landowner in Port Skaug and one of the Merchant Princes of Port Skaug. His support was crucial in Ka-Ess' investiture as a High Captain. The Marquis is a well-known collector of ancient and magical artifacts.

He possessed one of the glowing gems, an immense and finely cut ruby that he wore on a golden chain.
