The Fancy Manatee was a tavern in Port Skaug. Ahead of the War of the Dread Admiral, rumors swirled that the proprietor of the Manatee was watering down his rum and selling it at a premium. The don't stand for that shit at a proper, upstanding tavern like The Wayward Lobster.
