Hell Plate

The Hell Plate was a set of six masterwork suits of black steel plate mail which The Fishwives found among the hoard of Seven-Deaths in the basement of his keep in Avernus. The mail, designed for some variety of imp or demon, was too small for any of the party to wear - consequently, upon their return from Hell, the adventurers organized the First Sharkless Bay Games to distribute the armor to the most deserving of Hag Island's diminutive halflings and goblins, who were then commissioned as officers in The Glittering Legion of Ka-Ess.
