She entertained the Fishwives and gave Ka-ess a locked ivory box, though she lacked the key. She informed the Fishwives that they key and a path home lay in the Red Tower of her enemy, Seven Deaths.

Baron Asag was frightened of Lola, though denied ever having seen her before.

She sent along a banderhobb to aid them.
