Roscoe P. Tealeaf was the Halfling proprietor of the Skaugan public house The Wayward Lobster. A friend and ally of the Fishwives, he often supplied them with alcohol and halfling-weed while they were in port. The night before Ka-Ess' appointment to the Council of High Captains, he was savagely beaten and left for dead by unknown assailants.
