The Sharkless Bay Games were a ceremonial contest held annually in Hagless Island's Sharkless Bay to celebrate the occasion of the Fishwives' first return from Hell. The contest comprised six events: epic poetry recitation, dwarf-punching, orb-location, log-wrestling, endurance coconut-swimming and armed boar-racing.

The first Sharkless Bay Games were inaugurated in 219 V.II by the Fishwives in order to choose commanders for The Glittering Legion of Ka-Ess and distribute the small but fine Hell Plate they ransacked from Avernus. The initial victors were:

Poetry: Bogo Grodog
Dwarf-punching: Granny Toothless
Orb-location: Ander Wheatsheaf
Log-wrestling: Unattested stout goblin The Stump
Coconut-swimming: Kurt Boardung
Boar-racing: Cornflower Bingbong
